The Allied Machinery Company has progressively integrated with the Allied Machinery Richland Foundry Operations. This vertical integration offers a one-stop, complete solution to provide engineered machined castings to its highly diverse OEM customer base. Through these difficult times in dealing with the COVID-19 atmosphere, Allied Machinery has maintained its loyal customer base while welcoming various new customers and expanding the markets it serves, resulting in six months of continuous, fast-paced sales growth. Moreover, Allied Machinery has selectively hired additional top-level machinists and complemented them with a structured support team of newly hired, highly-qualified engineers, quality technicians, and sales and maintenance personnel. Overall, the company has increased sales and nearly doubled its workforce in the first six months of operation.

Daco Jaw, a division of Allied Machinery and one of the nation’s oldest, well-known, and highly respected chuck jaw manufacturers in the United States, has continued to maintain its operations and provide uninterrupted sales and service to its customers. The company is best known for providing safe, reliable, and superior products with fast delivery of both standard and custom engineered chuck jaws and other work-holding accessories.

With only half a year of operation underway, the acquisition proved to be an effective business decision as Allied Machinery can now provide fully engineered machined castings—a complete solution—to its U.S. customer base. At the local level, it has saved many jobs in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area and should add significantly to local employment over the next few years as the business continues to grow.

Together, the companies have weathered COVID-19, experiencing sales growth, increased employment, and uninterrupted operation. Allied Machinery will move forward to remain a global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of high-quality, custom machined castings and assembled components. We are your partners in providing a complete solution.
